Castle Rock Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:15pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Please obtain a copy of your insurance policy manual and bring it with you or email us a copy. Otherwise, our fee estimates do not take into account any exclusions listed in your manual as we do not have access to it. This could result in a significant balance after surgery.
