Meet Our Staff
Tara – Practice Administrator
Tara grew up in Austin, Texas, and moved to Colorado with her husband Dr. Hart to help him open his practice. Her education includes a Bachelors of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Augusta State University. While at Texas A&M, she was a member of The Corps of Cadets and The Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Her certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources Designation(SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist(CEBS), Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). As the Practice Administrator, Tara enjoys seeing patients receive great quality care and having a positive experience throughout their time with CROMFS. Tara is also a Colorado-licensed surgical assistant. She is DAANCE certified which is the highest standard for anesthesia assistants and is supported by AAOMS. Tara is the Western Regional Director for the Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Administrators. In her spare time, she likes to read and experience all that the Colorado outdoors has to offer. Together, Tara and Dr. Hart have two girls, Holland and Rowan.
Mackenzie-Patient Care Coordinator
Mackenzie is an honors student pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Photography at Arizona State University. With almost two years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator in oral surgery, she enjoys helping patients every step of the way, with their tight schedules and unique needs. Recently relocated from Boston to Wisconsin with her fiancé and her two rescue cats, Mackenzie loves traveling, cooking, exploring the Great Lakes, and capturing the world through her camera.
AYLA – Surgical Assistant
Ayla is a Colorado-licensed surgical assistant. She is DAANCE certified which is the highest standard for anesthesia assistants and is supported by AAOMS. Ayla is a proud Mama of an awesome little boy, and 2 cats. When she’s not hiking or playing with her son, she is usually writing poetry or reading. She is also an artist, and specializes in portraits. She moved to Colorado from South Carolina in 2010, and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
Monica-Surgical assistant
Monica is a Colorado-licensed surgical assistant. She is DAANCE certified which is the highest standard for anesthesia assistants and is supported by AAOMS. Raised in Texas and attended Auburn University, Monica is new to Colorado. She loves her new kitten, playing tennis and has a passion for anything sports and outdoors!
Lauren-Surgical assistant
Lauren is a Colorado-licensed surgical assistant. Lauren was born and raised in Colorado and attended University of Colorado Boulder where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Physiology as well as a Public Health Certificate. She is DAANCE certified which is the highest standard for anesthesia assistants and is supported by AAOMS. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and everything outdoors. She is excited to join the team and provide a great experience for patients.
